  2. Cognitive testing makes sense at this time. A neuro-profile would be a brain map for the new employee--it is very expensive and time consuming to recruit, train and later find that the employee does not fit the re aberrations based on these of tests. Brilliant insights. We need a creative, informed idea oriented people to fill positions of the future.
